Fantastic service, I had to amend my order to add in some spare parts and they were so helpful at changing it all for me. The pool was easy to assemble and was lovely getting in that warm water to birth my baby girl at home. Again easy to arrange collection for it to be sent back!

Absolutely fantastic service. We had everything in good time for our home birth. Everything went smoothly inflating the pool and following the instructions sent by the team. I bought the non slip matt as extra but it wasn't actually needed in the end. It took about 20 minutes to unbox and inflate. The pool fill takes longer than you'd think and we had the standard size. Emptying and remixing the pool was even easier, it takes about 30 minutes to empty. We dropped it off at our local bargain booze and the team emailed to say it'd been received which was good to know. Great from start to finish!

Firstly I highly recommend a homebirth in the pool! This was my second birth, I had planned a water birth with my first but unfortunately it never went ahead that way. This time however everything went as planned and was night and day compared to my first. I hired the tens machine and birth pool from the birth company. I use a tens machine for muscle recovery normally and I was intrigued about the effectiveness for pain relief. I highly recommend it. The hire process was straightforward and everything arrived promptly with instructions to follow. The returns process was easy enough, you can either have it collected or take it to your nearest paper shop that deals with UPS. All in all they were a great company to deal with.
